Now for the BAD news.

I...you guys? I think I love Tanaka Koki. I think the WU boards started it and now he has to leave KAT-TUN or something so that I can properly appreciate him. Either that or somebody has to staple Kamenashi's shirt to his chest so he can stop taking it off. And then they need to do the same to Akanishi. (Then I'd have to learn who the other guys are in that band.) So, yeah. Quit, Koki! Quit!

Also: I have a huge headache. Owie. Looking at the computer is making it worse.

I gave up on KAT-TUN before I even began. But I liked Koki in Tatta Hitotsu No Koi. He embraced his true self, and I appreciated this. Hur.

I... was never into Koki. XD He was hilarious in My Boss, My Hero but I never really got passed that. My favourites in KAT-TUN still remain Nakamaru and, when he's not actually with KAT-TUN, Jin. XDDD

You should totally watch My Boss My Hero someday, that's the one that made me kinda like Koki a lot. The super short hair and nice suit look really worked for him there. :9

The Kokmaister is fantastic, yo. I totally agree with beckerbell - you're into J-drama already so you should definitely put My Boss My Hero on top of your watch-list, it's FANTASTIC and sosososo much fun + Nagase is being HOT as hell *___*



Oh, and did I mention Koki's character has a huge crush on Nagase's? it's adorable :D

You may also want to try Tokkyu Tanaka 3-Go - I heard it's really good but couldn't quite get past the first episode myself. :p Koki is super adorable there, though!

Hahahaha, well. I keep trying to tell myself that I am not a Johnny's fan, I'm just an Arashi fan, but then I realize that I used to be a NEWS fan who watched KAT-TUN things on the side and I am currently an Arashi and KinKi Kids fan who watches Tokio things on the side, so... D: Once I became able to recognize all the Kanjani8 members (which was actually only a month or two ago, despite the fact that I've now been around for over a year) I figured I was doomed. Not knowing half of them was, like, my one claim to sanity, lolol. Although... there are still at least two kids in HSJ that I can't tell apart. :D :D (I am not going to dwell on the fact that I know all the rest of them.)

I say give KAT-TUN a try, even if some of the members may occasionally squick you. They're not my cup of tea, really, but you never know, you might have some fun with it. :)

I started to kind of like Koki (though I know nothing about him) when someone on my friendslist mentioned that he "ruined KAT-TUN's bad boy image by supposedly doing nice things for elderly people". That's the kind of rebellion I approve of. ;P

I tend to like/approve of random people from other groups (K8's Maru, for example) without ever becoming their fans, so I think it's OK to like Koki. ^-^

baldness fitted koki, it would still fit him but i think he needed the change :D

koki was actually the 1st kat-tun member i knew and sorta liked. i watched his scp interview with taichi and became a tad prouder of him (especially when he mentioned that sho was the reason he got into rap). he's had it hard i suppose, harder compared to his (in)famous groupmates. maybe that's why he rebels (and gets himself into all crazy scandals). i like knowing there's more to him than the tough image he projects . . . and i soooooo want to see him fanboy sho :P

as for kat-tun, i think i can deal with them separately, considering i enjoyed nobuta wo produce, yukan club and my boss my hero. but as a group they sorta turn me off. before arashi i was into smap (i like dorky nakai, hated kimura) and their group dynamics is nothing like arashi. but i felt that at least they could behave professionally with each other. i was proud of the way they supported goro during the suspension. but kat-tun is nothing like that (given what i have read about how they were when akanishi was away). although some would argue that they just debuted is not an excuse as the group was formed way before the debut (in this sense they had an advantage over arashi). the rivalry between the members do not come off as healthy (kame and akanishi one-upping each other when singing makes me cringe).

more importantly . . . i am now craving a fic. i think i've only read one fic that involve koki and sho . . . there should be more, like where koki fanboys, and sho is absolutely embarassed and aiba takes advantage.
