Now for the BAD news.

I...you guys? I think I love Tanaka Koki. I think the WU boards started it and now he has to leave KAT-TUN or something so that I can properly appreciate him. Either that or somebody has to staple Kamenashi's shirt to his chest so he can stop taking it off. And then they need to do the same to Akanishi. (Then I'd have to learn who the other guys are in that band.) So, yeah. Quit, Koki! Quit!

Also: I have a huge headache. Owie. Looking at the computer is making it worse.

Hahahaha, well. I keep trying to tell myself that I am not a Johnny's fan, I'm just an Arashi fan, but then I realize that I used to be a NEWS fan who watched KAT-TUN things on the side and I am currently an Arashi and KinKi Kids fan who watches Tokio things on the side, so... D: Once I became able to recognize all the Kanjani8 members (which was actually only a month or two ago, despite the fact that I've now been around for over a year) I figured I was doomed. Not knowing half of them was, like, my one claim to sanity, lolol. Although... there are still at least two kids in HSJ that I can't tell apart. :D :D (I am not going to dwell on the fact that I know all the rest of them.)

I say give KAT-TUN a try, even if some of the members may occasionally squick you. They're not my cup of tea, really, but you never know, you might have some fun with it. :)

XDDD I'm not so much a JE fan--I love Arashi and I can't help but enjoy TOKIO when I see them (Dear to Matsu-nii: I still hate your hair. Sorry. Love, me). I love Nakai (no, seriously, I think that I think he's the pretty one in SMAP) and now...Koki.

And since I got into this whole mess because of the music...well, I'm not going to end up a KAT-TUN fan. I just. Koki's messages in Wink Up. He's a dork. And I know he didn't want to be in KAT-TUN at first. And then they KEEP TAKING THEIR CLOTHES OFF. Stop that. *facepalm*

I am impressed that you can tell NEWS and HSJ apart. I don't think I can even NAME all of them. I want to yell 'teach me, sensei' at you but I just know you'd hit me.

Well that's certainly fine, and if you can manage to be their fans without converting to being fans of their entire groups, you're certainly saving yourself a lot of time and sanity, hahaha.

I think part of why I'm in my current position is that I started out as a very firm NEWS fan and I didn't really know or care about any of the groups that weren't their contemporaries. And then a couple months later I got completely bowled over by Arashi and that was it. Every time I decided to check out News again, I sort of... had no idea why I'd liked them so much. They're one of my least favorite groups now. :( But I think that gave me an awareness of the fact that there are a bunch of Johnny's groups around that I don't know anything about and that may actually have interesting things to offer. Some part of me wanted to find out everything. And once I set my mind to something I can get sort of obsessive about it. I think I really do make some kind of effort, even if it's subconscious, to figure out who everyone is. Which came to serve me very well a little while ago when I decided to write up some summaries of past Countdowns (I should be posting those soon :D). It was a bit baffling to see so many people on stage and realize that I can identify every single one of them except the Juniors, though, hahaha. It probably also helps that I don't have kids to take a care of, so I may have a bit more free time than you. ;)
