So I finished my je_holiday fic (the first one, Andii, not the other one) and I...I am really not very happy with it.

I'm going to try to finish the other one tonight or tomorrow and maybe I'll like that one better but for now if there is anybody who wants to read and possibly do a fast and nasty beta let me know. I work this afternoon/evening so it might be a while.

*scrubs brain* I think I'm just plain worn out, fic-wise.

Not that it will stop me from trying to have something for THIS:

I think I might have an idea, actually. Now it's a matter of crying my way through it.

o/ I'll be on and off pretty much all day - the service is at three and I have to go to the library to return a book and then to the knitting store to return a pattern I accidentally got two of and then ... I dunno.

The mods were kind enough to give me until the 7th. I love my premise but execution of it is quite difficult, especially given my motivation to do anything other than curl up in a ball is rather low.

It is lame how comforted I felt by the fact that I literally picked myself up off the ground. I guess mentally I thought I reached the point where just staying there would be preferable. :\

I had to ask for an extension, too. :| Mine's huge and it's "done", but it came out of beta with a lot of holes in it, so I want to take the time to go through it carefully. I just...I agree with my betas, it's got potential, but it doesn't feel like my fic yet.

Also, if you still need anyone, I'll be happy to look yours over, but I might be kind of slow since I only have computer access for about an hour a day until Friday.
