Nino was sitting in the hall outside TOKIO's resting room. TOKIO were standing around a video monitor in the security office.
"He IS kinda cute," Taichi said.
"No, he isn't," said Matsuoka. "It's a facade. He's EVIL."
Joshima, who had been sitting silently and listening to his band talk, suddenly stood up. "We'll let him join," he said.
Nagase folded his arms. "Since when have YOU been stupid?" he wanted to know.
"He's shorter than Taichi," Joshima began.
"Hey!" said Taichi.
"He's right," Matsuoka agreed, nodding to Taichi. "Ninomiya is taller."
"ALMOST as short as Taichi," Joshima corrected. "And he's younger than Tomobaby."
Nagase smiled, understanding his leader completely. "Arashi is certainly popular right now. They can surely spare one, tiny, weaselly member," he said. One by one, the other members began to smile as well.
Tatsuya was the only one still frowning. "But he's a BABY," he said. "He's tiny! We can't make him the bitch!"
On the screen, Nino went from looking like a kicked puppy to looking like a kicked puppy in the rain.
Joshima patted Tatsuya on the back. Nagase slapped him upside the head. "Do it for your son," they chorused.
"You know," said Taichi to Matsuoka as they followed the other three out the door to accept Nino into their rans, "even though it never makes sense, that ALWAYS works."
