I can't write lately.

So despite having some four stories 'in progress' I can't get any writing done. My brain will. not. move. I'm pretty sure by now that it's not the cold. >.< Damn it, I hate doing med checks. I hate being put on new things just to see if they'll work without killing my creativity. Boo.
So, in an attempt to NOT be acclimated to my meds, I have written really random drabble-like things. REALLY random. *scrubs brain* I have IDEAS. Why can't I make them come out?
Minna no Magic
"Nino," Ohno said softly.
"Mm?" asked Nino, preoccupied with stripping off his golf gloves.
"When did you get so good at golf?"
Nino scratched his chin with one, newly bared hand. "Recently, I suppose," he said after a moment. "It was surprising how far that drive went, huh?"
"You've been practicing," said Ohno. "Recently."
"You've been cheating on us and our magic," Sho accused loudly, slamming into the greenroom. "You've been going out golfing with Aiba."
"I swear, it was just Minna no Golf!"
"Nino-chan!" Aiba poked his head into the room. "I'm going to shower and then we can go to the driving range, okay?"
"How could you?" Sho demanded.
"What will I tell magic?" Ohno mourned.
Cut Back
Sho stopped dead in the doorway, 'good morning' dying on his lips even before Nino, Ohno, and Aiba plowed into him, knocking him into the room.
Jun, sitting in a chair situated exactly opposite the door, slowly lowered the magazine he was holding and looked over the top of it. "Explain," he said icily.
Nino grabbed Aiba and Ohno and shut the door even as Sho whirled to follow them out. "I hate you!" he yelled to his best friend.
"We'll bring you coffee," Nino called back. There was a soft mumble. "Right," said Nino. Then, more loudly, "And bandages. Lots of bandages."
Sho turned to face Jun as Aiba's giggles faded down the hallway. "S-so," he stuttered. "You got an early copy of Cut. How's the article?"
"Surprisingly un-raped by the camera," Jun said dangerously.
"I was with Miike-sensei!" Sho protested, pressing himself back against the door. "I'm sure they would have stripped me and tied me up and made me eat raspberries if I hadn't been!"
Jun dropped the magazine and stood up.
"Blame +Act!" Sho told him, fumbling for the door knob. "Manager said no more half-naked shoots for a few months!"
"They made your face up like a pretty little doll's," Jun said. He advanced one step, two. "They let you stand for every shot."
"I asked them for the camera-raping," Sho lied desperately. "I begged them to make it look obscene!"
Jun's hand closed over his as he finally found the cold metal of the knob. "That's good to know," Jun said, smiling at him. "Let's talk about that."
Sho was not reassured in the slightest and he highly doubted that 'talking about that' was going to involve a pleasant chat.
Out in the hall, Nino showed Aiba and Ohno how to do the haunted card trick. "I hope Jun finishes debauching him before the coffee gets cold," he said absently as Aiba tried the trick on his own.
"It's harder than it looks," he told Ohno as he handed over the cards. To Nino he said, "I told you. I said it would get cold. Jun is going to totally wreck him. He's going to do it so bad that makeup and hair won't be able to hide it. Cut is one of his trigger issues now, you know."
Ohno looped the invisible string around his little finger. "Sho looks really pretty after he gets laid," he said absently, cutting the card back into the deck.
"We have filming," Sho pleaded.
"I know," Jun purred. "That's the point."
"He's still only whimpering," Nino said some five minutes later. "I'm drinking his coffee. I paid good money for it."
"Oh-chan paid for it," Aiba said. "Yay! I got it! You couldn't even see the string move, right?"
"Now, what was that about begging for it?" Jun asked with a low, dark laugh.
Sho shivered. "Please?"
"I'm going to go buy Sho-chan an espresso double-shot," Ohno said when the whimpering stopped and turned into whimpering. He handed the cards back to Nino. "He's going to need it."
