Truthfully, it wasn't really Ohno's fault.
Nino had left the DS turned on and sitting out on the coffee table while he went to take a shower. It had been singing happily to itself and Ohno had been irresistibly reminded of Nino himself, humming away when he was pleased with the world.
So he picked it up and in doing so he'd pressed a button. There had been a cascade of sound and movement and he'd pressed another button and made it happen again. And again. Everything moved in waves of glitter and sparkles and sound. It was like a combination of the ocean and a live concert and Ohno was entranced and at peace, pressing buttons to keep it going.
"What are you doing?" Nino's shriek cut through the charming music.
Ohno looked at the DS and smiled goofily at it. "It reminded me of you," he said honestly.
Nino vaulted the back of the couch and scooped the little device out of Ohno's hands, grumbling "If you've screwed up my game—"
Ohno mourned the DS for a brief second before he realized that Nino was naked. "Hi," he breathed, leaning over to nibble at the curve of Nino's shoulder.
Nino shrugged him off. "What the hell?" he said.
"You're naked?" Ohno tried gamely.
"Not that," Nino said, shrugging him away again. "You." He stopped and then looked at Ohno. Ohno saw death in his eyes and edged away. "You beat my high score."
"It was an accident?"
Nino made a sound like a growl low in his throat.
Ohno fled the apartment.
Nino/Suzuki Yuusuke. Oh, yeah. I WENT THERE. Also for my Whimsy.
It was dangerous, was what it was. Nino swallowed hard around his heart in his throat. What he was doing, it was totally out of line. This wasn't just a walk on the beach no matter how much he tried to pretend it was.
But then Yuusuke smiled at him from under his made-up lashes and Nino reached out and took his hand automatically. "This is nuts," he told him.
Yuusuke nodded a little, blushing a lot. "I'm really happy, though."
They were going to get caught and yet Nino couldn't really make himself care. He rubbed his thumb over the back of Yuusuke's hand and then tugged gently, starting off over the sand. "It's probably going to rain," he said conversationally. "Sorry if we get caught out and get wet."
"I don't mind," Yuusuke said with a shake of his head, the hair of his wig brushing against his pink cheeks. "If it's with Ninomiya-kun, I—" he broke off, laughing in embarrassment.
Nino laced their fingers together and smiled. "If it's with you," he repeated feeling stupidly, foolishly happy.

In the first one I love how Ohno is really just thinking of Nino. The DS is just a piece of Nino laying around, why wouldn't he be curious about it? And I love how when the Real Nino comes back Ohno readily abandons Nino!Placeholder (DS) and starts trying to be affectionate. I absolutely adore how Nino totally withholds The Sex because he has game playing to do to fix his scores now.
The second one is just asdklfjlsdkj. That is about as articulate as I can make myself, I loved it that much.
also, I thought you might want to know that the link to the Gakkou e Ikkou video doesn't work because you accidentally put the url into the code twice.

Nino and Yuusuke... ahahaha, it's not like Nino didn't go there for you before (with his reactions, if nothing else). XD
I haven't commented lately (NO TIME ARGH), but I love your fic and I'm constantly amazed at how you manage to just churn out something cute or awesome in a mattter of minutes, when I'd take at least half an hour for something like that, despite actually being a fast typer!
